Hippocrates said, Let food be thy medicine, thy medicine shall be thy food. We take great care in crafting unique, flavorful and healthy meals. We use only the freshest ingredients, and whenever possible local organic vegetables, and organic herbs from our own garden. We never, ever use MSG.

Our food is natural and so are the surroundings where you enjoy your meals. We have a few of cookbooks lying about in the restaurant/common area, if there is something special you would like to try, have a word with us, and we can try to add it to our set menu during your stay. Our wonderful head chef, Mr. Long honed his passion for cooking in some of the best five-star hotels in Vietnam and loves trying the new and different. Mr. Long also offers group cooking classes upon request. We also offer table-side fresh seafood BBQ’s, weekly outdoor BBQ buffets (in the peak/high seasons), and regular “Family Dinners”, where guests are invited to one communal table to share a set menu of traditional and fusion dishes, served “family-style”.

In the spirit of fresh innovation in home cooking, for lunch and dinner, a special set menu is lovingly presented each afternoon and evening, changing daily (steamed snapper in banana leaf and eggplant claypot are a couple of favorites). In addition to our set menus, lunch and dinner can also be ordered from our small but carefully crafted à la carte menu, featuring fresh and delicious local cuisine. We also have some light snacks available throughout the day. (n.b. french fries are considered local cuisine in Vietnam). Dietary restrictions are happily accommodated with advance notice.
In an effort to reduce our consumption of plastic, we offer guests free unlimited drinking water. We issue guests recycled glass bottles to refill at anytime.
In an effort to reduce our dishwashing, coconut water is served from the coconut.
